Her responsibilities include leading meeting discussions, cultivating SWEAR's extensive network of high schools and community organizations, overseeing committee membership & leadership, collaborating with local healthcare executives, and managing the SWEAR Committee's project-based efforts.

The Community Resource Liaisons are tasked with communicating with community partners, supplying important available resources, researching and applying for grants, and scheduling meetings between organizations and SWEAR Committee Leadership.

Catherine Delgado

Catherine Delgado graduated from Mira Mesa High School in 2021 and is now attending George Washington University.
She co-founded the SWEAR Committee in 2019 alongside Hannah Griswold with the help of Advisor Sharon Rubalcava. Even in college, she continues to lead in the Committee by aiding in the development of a mental health curriculum for the SDUSD.
Hannah Griswold

Hannah Griswold graduated from University City High School in 2021 and is now attending Stanford University.
She co-founded the SWEAR Committee in 2019 alongside Catherine Delgado with the help of Advisor Sharon Rubalcava. Even in college, she continues to lead in the Committee by aiding in the development of a mental health curriculum for the SDUSD.

Sharon Rubalcava is the Program Manager for Counseling and Guidance in the San Diego Unified School District.
